What does the quoted price include?: The price includes the total of all known rates and taxes that you must pay for the length of your requested rental. This price does not include extra hourly charges that can result from the delay in the drop-off time. This price is subject to change based on the extent of adherence to the terms and conditions listed.
Can I use my credit card?: Yes the option is available and you can pay in cash at any of the company locations. (ask about the option of online payment)

Do I need a driver's license: No, because all cars are chauffer-driven.
Can I modify or change an existing reservation?: Yes; however, modifications need to be communicated 24 hours prior to your arrival. However additional requirements necessitating additional mileage will be charged according to the price list.
What type of customer service is offered?: After submitting your reservation request, you will receive an email address should you have any further inquires. Our qualified and friendly customer service operators are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays) to assist you with your queries.
